Sau đây chúng ta sẽ phân tích từng Cue một nhé
What you learn: Một trong những cách để bắt đầu chia sẻ về chủ đề là bạn nói về độ phổ biến của chúng. Với cách này, ta có một số từ như:
- the norm (n) chuyện bình thường
- ubiquitous (adj) phổ biến
When this happened: Bạn hãy cung cấp một context (ngữ cảnh) cho việc này. Ví dụ, bạn nói về chuyện bạn đã xoay xở và gặp nhiều khó khăn thế nào trong quá trình học điều này.
- uphill battle (n) một cuộc chiến khó khăn
- to fall behind: rớt lại phía sau
When it was? Who taught you?: Bạn có thể nói một chút về người dạy bạn/nơi bạn học bằng cách nói về sự nổi tiếng của thầy/cô đó.
- to acquire a reputation from… (phrase) có được danh tiếng nhờ
- to renown for sth (phrase) được biết tới nhiều nhờ
- to garner a lot of attention: thu hút nhiều sự chú ý
- no – brainer (adj) không cần suy nghĩ nhiều
How you fell: Các cảm xúc mà bạn có khi học. Ví dụ, bạn cảm thấy khó khăn trong quá trình bắt đầu, Tuy nhiên, dần dần nhờ giáo viên và sự tận tình của họ đã giúp bạn vượt qua.
- to walk one through sth (phrase) dẫn ai vượt qua cái gì
- to foster one’s passion for (phrase) củng cố đam mê của ai

Bài mẫu (Sample Answer)
So, I gotta say that studying language is kinda the norm among the younger generation in Vietnam nowadays, giving its importance. In fact, many students take learning a second language seriously at a very young age and I’m no exception. I mean, I tried to battle my English every day and during that journey, I did take many classes. And one of the times that left such indelible impressions on me was when I decided to study at Lingo.
As far as I remember it was probably around when I was in high school. Back then, my English was terrible, I mean, most of what the teachers taught me was just went over my head. Every single English lessons were like an uphill battle for me. I really fell behind with my study. And as the final exam is right around the corner, I figured out I need to do something to deal with the situation. And luckily, one of my friends recommended I register for a course at Lingo. It was a no-brainer for me to decide to give it a shot because the centre has acquired its reputation for its innovative teaching methods. Initially, I have to admit that it was really tough from the pronunciation to the grammar, and even the vocabulary. But thanks to the patience of the teachers, I was slowly getting the hang of the general ideas. The teacher was so good and so kind as he broke down all the grammar structures and walked me through that step by step. I did a test in the end and I was overjoyed about that.
I gotta say that the whole experience just fostered my passion for English again, and English now has become an integral part of my life.
Từ vựng (Vocabulary Highlight)
- indelible (adj) không thể xóa bỏ
- to go over one’s head (phrase) lướt qua đầu ai (ý nói là không dễ nhớ)
- to be around the corner (phrase) đã đến rất gần
- to get the hand of sth: nắm được, quen với việc gì
- integral (adj) = necessary: quan trọng, cần thiết, không thể thiếu
